And Intern… So I finally managed to parlay my dream of coming down here to Witch’s for more than a 10 day stay (usually followed by two weeks or 2years of dying to come back). So to celebrate my good fortune I thought that I might do you all a kindness in-tern… Whether you just got back from your surf vacation and you can't figure out how to readjust to your daily grind or you’re just hanging on by your finger nails until you can get back down to Witch’s, we all gotta’ cope somehow and drinking has always been my favorite. So here’s to you! The following is the recipe (semi-secret up to this point) for the Famous and sometimes infamous Witch’s Titt! So Crank up the heat in your house (85 to 95 should work) and boil up some water to get that humidity index up over 90% then follow the instructions below and I swear you can almost feel the ocean breeze… ------"mine!"------ What You’ll Need For 2-3 drinks: 4oz Rum (White or spiced it’s up to you, we use blanco) 1...

Guitarist, Surfer, and Renaissance Dude Bill MacPherson will be rocking the house tomorrow, Thursday July 1st, 2010 at Eat at Joe's Restaurant. Bill's music is as colorful as his life; influenced by his global travels and rich musical background. He was raised by medical missionary parents in Congo, speaks five languages, has a Master's Degree in Jazz Performance from San Diego State University, and currently calls San Jose, CR home. Come for happy hour at Sunset, then dig the sounds that Bill puts down at 7:00 PM.

It´s been a year since I got totally in charge of Eat @ Joe´s; no need to say it´s been a journey full of rewarding and frustrating experiences that really have turned my world up side down....yeah, that´s kind of cheesy but what could you expect from me... Anyways... I´m certainly not a huge fan of self exposure using media people, but after making a lot of thinking on what to put out here, got to admit this is such a great tool to challenge yourself to do new/fun staff...I mean, the better you think run/handle/manage anything, the more confident you become and there´s nothing wrong with being confident, the problem is that suddenly you are stuck in a daily routine, dealing with the same people everyday and feeling pretty good in your well built comfort zone...like there´s nothing else to prove, forgetting about all those resources you have been given that can be used to spice things up and add that extra x factor we'll all need to stand out and survive in this unstoppable competi...
